Q.
What is the difference between 2D, 3D, 4D and HD Live ultrasound?
A.
2D Image of a baby in the womb
2D
3D Image of baby in the womb
3D/4D (4D is live)
HD or 4D image of baby in the womb
HD live is a color rendering that is more realistic and also shows baby live movements in 3D.
Q.
Does an ultrasound at Love View take the place of an ultrasound at a doctor’s office?
A.
No, absolutely not. A 3D/4D Ultrasound at Love View will not take the place of a diagnostic study done by your doctor’s office.  Our ultrasounds are for bonding and viewing your precious baby. To have an ultrasound with us you must be receiving care from a licensed medical professional and have already had a diagnostic ultrasound.
Q.
When is the best time to have my 3D/4D ultrasound?
A.
We are more than happy to image your little one at any time during your pregnancy after 8 weeks. Gender determinations can be done starting at 15weeks. 3D/4D HD Live imaging is a matter of preference. We highly recommend that you come between 27-32 weeks. At this time of your pregnancy your baby has adorable cheeks and there is still a enough space that getting the images shouldn’t  be too challenging. It is possible to get adorable images of baby before and after the recommended time frame. Earlier imaging can provide you a glimpse of your baby’s amazing development. Imaging after 34-35 weeks while not impossible can be challenging due to lack of space in the womb. However if you found out about there session “too late” we still recommend you give us a chance to see what we can do for you. Please keep in mind that the water prep is VERY IMPORTANT for clear images at all stages of pregnancy.
Q.
Will I get perfect images of my baby at every session?
A.
It is our mission at Love View to provide you with a session that is both memorable and filled with great images of baby. We will make every effort to get beautiful images. However, there are a few things that are beyond our control. Baby’s overall position, the amount of amniotic fluid, the position of baby’s arms and legs, and Mommy’s body tissue. These things can have an effect on the clarity and content of the images. Please rest assured we will do everything we can get the best images possible. If we are unable to see baby’s face at a 3D/4D session or if we are unable to determine gender during a Little Man or Little Miss session we will happily schedule you for a re-look.
Q.
Will my family and friends be able to come?
A.
Our office can comfortably accommodate six additional Guests. Loved ones far away or not able to attend? No problem, we have recordings of the session available for purchase. You are also welcome to video chat or record portions of the session on your personal devices to share with family and friends.
Q.
What can I do to give the best chance of good images?
A.
Stay Hydrated! You can make sure you are drinking plenty of water for several days before your session. It is also helpful if you have a light snack right before your session for example fruit or fruit juice
